Patient Experience (Zoom)

This course is designed to help dispensary technicians understand the importance of providing exceptional customer experience in medical dispensaries.

4. Sales techniques for assisting customers with selecting the products suited to their needs/symptoms.

5. Guidelines for handling inquiries about medical conditions and cannabis use (Avoid acting as a medical professional).Additionally, we will cover the legal regulations that are patient-centric.

6. Best practices for effectively implementing the Mississippi Cannabis School sales flow process.
