Dispensary Management

Our three-week dispensary management class is designed for individuals who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of the management strategies and operations of a dispensary for medical cannabis products. The class will cover various topics, including inventory management, financial management, human resource management, compliance with regulations and laws, and customer service.

During this intensive course, students will have hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of running a dispensary, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, researching and sourcing products, providing exceptional customer service, as well as learning critical state regulations. The course will include interactive discussions, lectures from experienced industry professionals, and practical exercises to reinforce important concepts.

At the end of the 3-week in-person program, students will have gained the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage a dispensary, underlining their expertise and credibility in this growing industry. This class promises a highly beneficial learning experience for individuals seeking a strong foundation in dispensary management.

Class will meet on June 7th, June 21st, and July 12th from 9:00am-12:00pm each session. Attendees will earn 13 CEUS.
